I wanted to replace my 2008 Jeep so I finally booked a test drive at Taylor Chrysler. I met Rick Woodworth and told him I was looking to test-drive a 2016 Wrangler, he suggested taking out a fully loaded 2015 that was 17K off the MSRP of a 2016. Of all the vehicle purchases I've made, it was the most relaxing. While I test drove their Jeep, mine was assessed. Turns out mine was worth a lot more than I knew. Add to it the reduction of a year old Wrangler and my price was 31K less than the going rate for a fully loaded 2016. With sales representatives like Roger Filka and Rick Woodworth, the deal couldn't have been any smoother. Their knowledgeable financier Frank Cabrera utilized a bevy of financial institutions to broker me the best interest rate. Roger asked one of the service technicians if he could transfer all  my music from my 2008 to my 2015. Not every deal can be this sweet, but it sure is sweet when a deal like this occurs! When I hear the name Taylor Chrysler, I think friendly, knowledgeable and home. For it is the welcoming and courteous attitude that reminds me of the full-service of yesteryear. My subsequent vehicle purchases will be at Taylor Chrysler!

I just want to thank the service staff for repairing my Dodge RAM warranty work on the airbag and replacing the leaky power steering cooler. The leak was difficult to find at first, but was quickly replaced when found. Thanks also to the very nice courtesy driver. Great Team. Thanks.

Its been a year since Roger sold us our 2 Grand Caravan's and we love them almost as much as we love Roger. He has helped us out with many questions and given us huge support on many issues that have been of concern to both of us. If you need to purchase a new or used vehicle Roger is your man. I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee in Jan 2017! I have been a truck girl...all my life and I am so happy with my choice! I didn't know at the time what I was even going to trade my Ram in for..I just found myself there. This great sales person came out to ask if he could help me.. Well he let me drive a couple of different Jeeps and absolutely no pressure, no "selling" just straight up front talking about different vehicles and really listening on his part. I would definitely recommend Roger Filka to buy a vehicle from...he listens and he helps he is HONEST!! You would not be sorry to deal with Roger. Thank you Taylor Chrysler for having a superb employee that really loves his job and makes it easy on the customer!!

I recently decided to buy myself a new toy. Not a daily driver but something special to have fun with in the summer. A Challenger caught my eye and I went to see Roger Filka who I had dealt with in the past. I like Roger, he is easy going, fun and makes buying a car an easy experience. He realized that this purchase was a little more special to me than buying a daily driver and he did little things that made it more memorable. He printed off the progress sheets from Chrysler as it changed from "ordered" to "scheduled to be built" and finally "KZ" which means ship to vendor. He also kept me updated as the project moved along. Sometimes it felt that Roger was more excited about my car than I was, I truly believe that Roger is driven by the happiness of his customers more so than by the commission of the sale. To further my point, I have met other customers that Roger has taken car of, they feel the same way.
Thanks Roger, your professionalism and caring ways are refreshing and appreciated.

I just recently purchased a new Ram Ecodiesel from your dealership. I love the truck but I was most impressed by my buying experience. I dealt with Roger Filka, who was the most relaxed sales person I have ever met. It was a no bs experience. I also have to admit that I originally was going to buy a much lesser vehicle than I ended up with. Roger's sage advice sent me home with more options than I originally thought I needed, and I will never own a vehicle without those options again. Thanks Roger. It was nice to go into a dealership and not feel like you were jumping into the Piranha Pool.
