The following preventative measures have been implemented to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19. Thank you for your co-operation.

Effective June 11, 2021

Sales

  • All customers and suppliers entering the building will be required to wear a face-mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin - Hamilton City By-law 20-155
  • A Covid-19 questionnaire will be reviewed with everyone when entering the dealership (anyone answering YES to any of the 4 questions will not be permitted access to the dealership or vehicles)
  • Maximum occupancy of the showroom has been set at 25 people
  • Once you have arrived at the dealership please enter through the front showroom door. Upon entry you will check-in with the Concierge to fill out the Covid-19 Questionnaire and Sanitize your hands (the side doors to the showroom will be closed to the public)
  • Hand sanitizer is on the Concierge desk as well as a plexiglas shield for protection against droplets
  • All sales offices have been outfitted with plexiglas shields for protection against droplets
  • All Showroom vehicles have been locked
  • Maximum of 2 customers from the same household will be allowed in any office at any given time - all others will be asked to wait outside or in the designated area where the seating plan has been spaced appropriately for physical distancing
  • Any discussions on the sales floor or outside must follow physical distancing protocol by keeping a minimum of 6 feet apart at all times
  • Road tests are to be done with the windows down when possible and limited to 10 minutes maximum
  • Only one customer may road test at a time with a Salesperson
  • Once your test drive is over please lock the vehicle and roll the windows up, your salesperson will return the vehicle to its parking spot 

Parts, Service and Rentals

  • All customers and suppliers entering the building will be required to wear a face-mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin - Hamilton City By-law 20-155
  • A Covid-19 questionnaire will be reviewed with everyone when making an appointment to visit the dealership (anyone answering YES to any of the 4 questions will not be permitted access to the dealership)
  • Parts are available for curb side pickup should you prefer not to enter the building, please call 888-700-4274 when you arrive to let us know you are in the parking lot, we will process your payment and bring the parts out to you (identification will be required)
  • For Parts, Service and Rentals once you have arrived at the dealership you may enter through the main Parts and Service door. Once you enter the building you will come to a stop cone, a staff member will be able to help you at this time. A limit of six (6) people are allowed in the Service and Parts reception area. All other customers are asked to wait outside or in their car until any line-up is depleted. We hope to be able to process paperwork very quickly so wait times are kept to a minimum
  • All Parts, Service and Rental stations have been outfitted with plexiglas shields for protection from droplets
  • Hand sanitizer is at all Parts and Service stations for your use
  • A signature will be required on work orders. Our pens are sanitized with wipes after every use for your protection 
  • Our shuttle bus service has been suspended until further notice (we are offering low rate rental cars should you require alternate transportation)
  • Our waiting room is open and has a maximum occupancy of 4 people at this time - chairs are spaced for physical distancing
  • Our technicians will be wearing gloves that will be disinfected before and after working on your vehicle as well as a mask when in your vehicle
  • If we require removal of your wheels please leave your wheel lock key in the center console
